The Raimondi DOUBLE EASY-MOVE ADV with cross-bars is designed for handling large tiles and slabs up to 320 x 160cm. It has telescopic profiles allowing variable extension for maximum versatility. Once attached, the EASY-MOVE’s sturdy construction means that slabs can easily be pulled from crates or pallets for smooth and safe handling. Handles have positioning options to adapt to the height of the edge of the crate. Provided with 8 stain-proof vacuum suction cups (150mm diameter) with vacuum guages and crossbars.
Please note that the EASY-MOVE system is designed for applying to slabs while they are on a firm base and in a horizontal position. Downward pressure should be applied to the vacuum cups when pumping them to create the suction. The system is not designed to be applied to tiles in the vertical position, such as when they are on an A Frame, however once correctly applied on the horizontal, the slab can be gently lifted onto the vertical position, checking the vacuum cups periodically that they are maintaining suction.
The Raimondi CAM ADV Wheeled Modular Trolley for large format slabs (up to 320 x 160cm) is designed for safe transport and handling of slabs. Thanks to its design and aluminium components the trolley is light, simple and quick to assemble or disassemble for easy storage. It is designed to also be used with the EASY-MOVE system with slab fastened on, making spreading adhesive on the back of the slab safe and easy. The slab support bar has rubber protection to prevent damage to the slabs.

We recently met with a well known, national supplier of paving. We demonstrated the ZOE wet saw (or bridge saw) and left them with a model to use for themselves.
Results were great! And their judgement?
it is quiet
it has a strong build quality is a lot less messy than other brands they’d tried,
the cutting quality is impressive
overall that it is the best bridge saw they have experienced.
As a result they were so impressed that they bought one for their own use.
The photos show samples of the sort of paving the company and their clients need to cut. The Zoe wet saw cuts as cleanly as a whistle and with minimum effort.
Zoe – for the ultimate cutting experience
ZOE 105, ZOE 130 and ZOE 150. Because of this it is fast becoming a favourite with landscapers as well as tilers. Steve at Pro-Tilers UK Limited is a fan of Raimondi gear. Here he is using the RLS Raimondi Levelling System. The RLS Raimondi Levelling System for leveling large and small format tools is easy to use, leads the market and has many loyal followers, but beware of cheap imitations.
Steve says that “The RLS Raimondi Levelling System for leveling tiles is easy to use, saves time, reduces waste and is great for large and small format tiles of all thicknesses”. There is a link to Steve’s webpage at the bottom of this blog.
Raimondi Levelling System (R.L.S.) is a revolution in the tile setting. In addition to ensuring the proper leveling of tiles, this system helps to speed up the tile setting process. R.L.S. is strongly recommended when installing flexible, large format, heavy or low-thickness tiles (3/5 mm; 1/8″- 3/16″).
The RLS Floor Kit provides all the tools you need to use the Raimondi Levelling System. It consists of 1 pair of special traction-adjustable pliers for floor covering allowing quick and easy insertion of the wedge into the clip and optimising pressure on the tile. 100 wedges and 100 1.5mm clips are provided for use with tiles of thickness 3 – 12mm. RLS is also the quickest and easiest to remove: spacers can be kicked gently to remove them from floor, without the need for a special tool.
The use of the pliers is suggested for facilitating and speeding up the insertion of the wedge in the clips. It also optimizes the pressure on the tile. This means that the RLS Raimondi Levelling System for leveling large and small format tools is easy to use

Tilers Tools explains new Going Greener policy. Tilers Tools are going green. Some customers were surprised when they receive a carton from us that may appear to be for a different product. For example, we have been known to send out goods in a box that may have contained a vacuum cleaner. We had purchased this for our own use.
Please rest assured that we only sell genuine Raimondi goods and the ‘foreign’ box is merely our attempt to recycle as much as possible. It also means that we can maintain our low packaging costs and, thereby, the price to our customers.
Tilers Tools explains new “Going Greener” policy. Their sister company, Aquacut Ltd, is at the head of innovative “green” practices in the industry. For example they have recently installed state of the art water recirculation machinery to minimise water consumption. At the Aquacut Group’s new headquarters in Appleton near Warrington brand new LED lighting is being incorporated into the building work. An estimated saving of £000’s in electricity costs is expected and a resultant reduction in greenhouse gases. Turning off all the heating in winter was also considered but the workforce took a dim view of such a policy!
Tilers Tools and the Aquacut group also work closely with their suppliers to minimise transport costs. We ensure as full a load as possible for shipping either from our Italian suppliers or within the UK. All pallets and other packaging material such as polystyrene and plastic wraps are reused as much as is possible.
Feedback from our customers is very positive as we know that you value our ‘green’ efforts. So if you have any suggestions as to how Tilers Tools could further reduce their impact on the environment then please let us know at email@example.com
