Faulty goods/not as described
If you find a product to be faulty or substantially not as described please contact us and we will provide a replacement or full refund, whichever is your preferred option, and cover the cost of reasonable return postage.
If you change your mind for any reason please let us know within 14 days, starting with the day after delivery. We will be very happy to offer a refund (less delivery charges) unless the product has been personalised to your specifications. You have 14 days, starting with the day after you have decided to cancel, to return the goods to us in un-used condition and in original packaging with all tickets attached. We will process your refund within 14 working days of either having received the goods back with us or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
